Returns accepted only on the basis of size mismatch. The original product should be in unused condition with labels and tags intact. Replacement items in lieu of returned product would be shipped on the next dispatch subject to availability.
Kindly note that exchange policy is available only for the period of 10 days from the date of product delivery.
Refund policy
Refund of purchase available only on grounds of manufacturing damage or defect. We recommend customers to maintain unpacking video recording for easy claim of refund. In the absence of unpacking video recording, refund request may be declined. Upon the assessment of claim request, our support team would get in touch with the customer and refund would be processed within 4-7 working days.
Shipping
We usually dispatch most orders same evening or within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
All orders received before 4pm on working days get dispatched the same evening. Orders received on Sundays and public holidays get shipped on the next working day before noon.
